Nature and town
A new neighborhood in the heart of Luxembourg City
Faïencerie is a neighborhood for everyone, with a definitive focus on quality and the living environment.
This site of nearly 46,000 m2 of buildable area, located 2 km from the city center between the residential district of Limpertsberg and the Bambësch forest, is bordered on both sides by magnificent green forests.
A neighborhood on a human scale
Everything will be done to make sure the inhabitants of Faïencerie feel at home there. The mainly residential and eco-responsible project will include relaxation areas, sports facilities, a cultural space, local shops, cafes and restaurants as well as a business center and co-working spaces.
A lively and dynamic neighborhood
Faïencerie will evolve to become a lively and dynamic neighborhood, bustling from morning to evening, in which history and modern life blend, one of ICN's flagship skills, illustrated amongst others by our completed projects Fënsterschlass in the center of the City of Luxembourg and Parc Rischard in Merl.
Le Carré, Faïencerie’s hub
The historic building, nicknamed Le Carré, a legacy of Villeroy & Boch, will be preserved and developed, to form the anchor point of the district and to house conference rooms, restaurants and cafes.
It will be a true meeting place and will form the link between the residential project and the Château de Septfontaines, dating from the 18th century and which remains the property of Villeroy-Boch.
